Falling Into Fall

UO Hat and Cardigan (thrifted, older) / Isabel Marant for H&M Scarf c/o H&M (2013) / Winter Kate Top (ebay) / vince Suede Leggings (ebay) / Seychelles Boots

There's a lot of volume in this outfit but I don't care too much about that, winter might be coming but I'm going to enjoy comfortably layering for the moment! I realized fall hasn't yet started down in the lower 48 but we're in the last little bit of it up here and the snow can hit any day now. (UGH)

I've had this cardigan for a while now after picking it up at the thrift store and it's been a staple for me. It's pretty thick and has a decent wool to acrylic ratio so it's worn well and I can toss it in the wash without having to baby it too much. I love how the pattern works with other patterns, I've got quite a bit going on with the rivets on the boots, the woven bag, the patterned cardigan, the top and the scarf but I feel like having the basic black pants helped keep it from looking like too much.

  1. It's been a bit cooler here recently than past years, which I am loving! It actually feels like fall for once! These pictures are pretty. I love when the colors start changing but there is still some green mixed in.
