Sun Down

Free People Hat (christmas present)
Target Poncho (thrifted)
Lucky Denim Shirt (thrifted)
J.Brand Maria Jeans (ebay)
Vince Camuto Boots (consignment)
Anthro Bag (gift)

Very quick photos taken the other day, the sun is staying up in the sky later and later which is wonderful. Everyone starts coming out of their winter hibernation, just in time to start raking and cleaning up everything the melting snow exposes. It was almost 60 degrees this day and that was just too warm for an actual coat, this poncho/kimono kept me from over heating but still offered some warmth in the shade. (As an antidote, people were out in shirt and tank tops again. If it hit 80 right now, Fairbanks would be a nudist colony and realistically, it's probably the only time of year it would be feasible. But no one wants to see that....)

  1. Hilarious!!! Oregon can be the same way, it hits the mid-sixties and all of a sudden I am seeing lots of thigh and even some mid-drifts. No joke!!

I like the poncho. I have a cape/poncho but it always feels fussy. I am considering attacking it with scissors...
