Even though there's still quite a bit of snow, this is pretty unusual for us to have so much of it melted by the 1st of April. This is what the start of May normally looks like! I've got a couple of my herb starters going and later this week we're going to get the others started. Our garden drowned last year but hopefully it'll be decent this summer, once you start eating homegrown tomatoes, it's really hard to back to store bought. (Store bought tomatoes aren't bad, they're just not great.) We'll also do maybe two rows of beets because canned beets taste amazing in the middle of the winter. Anyways, feeling optimistic but seeing as there's possible snow in the forecast, summer might not be making an early arrival.
This is my third summer wearing this denim jacket and I really can't recommend the American Eagle jackets enough. They usually do a dark and a light wash jacket each year and they're just a great fitting, plain denim. This one has the extra embroidery but since I bought this one, most styles have been pretty plain and no fuss. Madewell has a couple cute ones but at double the price of AEO, I really think the AEO ones are as good of quality.
