Shady And A Tempered Dame

BCBG Coat (cosigment)
Leather Belt (thrifted)
Winter Kate Silk Dress (thrifted)

Ecote Bag

I think I'm starting to find a winter look I really like, this coat layered over mxi dresses.  It's probably a little overly dramatic for everyday but hey, it's fun to wear!   This dress was really difficult for me to wear(style) last winter, the silk is really delicate and pretty thin and the dress felt really difficult to layer.  I think I've rounded out my wardrobe better this year however, all the accessories I bought this summer were ones that really fit into my style - so no neon fishnet bags or hats! (I say that because it's the silliest thing I can think of but it's probably out there....somewhere.)   Anyways, I feel better about my wardrobe going into winter this year, it seems like it's a little more cohesive and fun to wear than the winters past.
Obviously, I over think things.

  1. your faux fur scarf is beautiful

  2. I really like it! Very harmonious look.

  3. "Taps UK" in Engliand refers to pick out from the Bathtub Taps water drinkable and free restaurants and bars in the UK. From the mid-century, the British have worked on Pull Out Kitchen Taps aspects of safe drinking water

  4. When thinking about we need to remember that the bathroom, as we know it, is still relatively new. Before 1870, Victorians would slide into a hip bath in front of the fire.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts, I always like hearing feeback! (It really makes my day!)
