Keeping it short tonight, my allergies are really acting up this year and I'm at the point where I can hardly get my eyes to focus and try to read.  (Allergy meds help but it's a brute this year.  As you can see, I look really pleasant in my photos.)  I'm also right in the middle of packing up the house and whoa, it is crazy how much stuff you accumulate over a period of time.   The great thing about moving is at least you get to clean everything out.  We need to get it all packed up by the end of the week so we can go through and do some painting, who in the world thinks white walls are a great idea for anyone?  Blah, I cant wait to get to chose what color WE want to paint our walls.....it sure won't be a stale white.

Alright, that's enough for me.  I keep trying to type dress as dressage and bag as hag and I think it's only going to go downhill from here.

  2. You look so so pretty Katie! This is a really delightful printed dress, theres a retro charm about it. The spiked Alice Band is so cute with it. Oh no about the allergies, have you maybe tried something herbal?

  6. Love the spiked headband with the girly floral - perfect balance of edgy and feminine. Ugh, allergies are the worst - hope you are feeling better and that the packing up and painting goes smoothly! :)

  7. Bag as hag...haha! I've done that before xD
Hope your allergies clear up. As I'm typing this I'm forced to breath through my mouth since my nose is so clogged up. Ugh! I hate this time of year because of that. I almost never get colds in winter, but come spring time...its bad.
Anyway, way to rock the spiked headband! :D
I love how it contrasts your cute and feminine floral dress so perfectly.

  8. Man, I don't know why I have so much crap in my apartment, and I've lived there for like 2 years, and it's already too much stuff :D
I love the dress, you look very pretty even with your allergies :P

  10. This is so cute! <3 And I have allergies as well, it's so annoying! I hate that I have watery eyes and sneezing fits when I have lunch in the grass...

  11. I agree, plain white walls, furniture, everything in a home is a little too boring. at least in my book it is. I like versatility, contrasts, different colours and patterns. and I remember it really was nice to sort all things out while moving. though I should sort all things out again and already soon (the situation in my wardrobe is quite bad, haha).
anyway, your outfit. I like the combo of your bag and headband but also the combo of your hair and the belt and I just love the dress too. there's a lot to love when everything works so well together!
