Footprints in the snow

Cardigan: Old Navy
Dress:  (thrifted)
Scarf: American Eagle Outfitters
Tights; Fred Meyer
Boots: DV by Dolce Vita
Handbag: Coach (thrifted)

Every once in a while I get lucky and figure out how to do something fun with the camera, today was one of those days.  Now I just need to see if I can start taking decent pictures on a regular basis.

I almost never wear cardigans, aside from my longer Gap cardigan they're really not in regular rotation in my closet.  This outfit was begging for some color however and since I couldn't figure out how to make a jacket work with the dress, a cardigan it was.  And holy cheesecake, you can see bare hands in a few pictures, how scandalous!

  1. I love how the photos turned out, especially with the light from the back! oh so pretty :) I also really like the green cardigan and the polka dot scarf. I don't wear cardigans often either but ooo the cardigan really works well with the dress!

  2. Boy oh boy, these photos are one of your best!!! Especially the last one, a true snow beauty! Seems like you're getting used to that pesky camera :D
The cardi brings a lot to the whole outfit, it's so sparkly and vibrant ^_^

  11. Your photos look very crisp today! And the cardigan is the perfect addition to your outfit. It preserves the lines of the dress while adding color and depth.
