Colder Weather

Jacket: Columbia (gift from my parents, a long time ago!)
Blazer: J.Crew (thrifted)
Top: JC Pennys
Pants:American Eagle Outfitters
Boots: Fred Meyer/Kroger
Scarf: Icing
Hat: American Eagle Outfitters
Necklace: Jumble of necklaces from the jewelry box
Handbag: Rachael Rachael Roy (thrifted)

Jezz, how many clothes can I get on at once? Heh, a few more months and we'll see....

I'm really lazy when it comes to caring for my costume jewelry, I usually just throw it all together in the box.  Most of the time it ends up jumbled and awful looking but when I pulled my beaded necklace out today, the jumble ended up looking cool!  So there, my laziness will create awesome necklaces.

Yeah, that's not really something to brag about.

  2. Wow there's so much snow already! And your jumble of jewelry looks awesome all together, I really like how you also layered a scarf over it :) So creative! And your hat is the floppy kind, LOVE IT! haha I basically love all your accessories in this outfit.

    1. Hah, you nailed it, the layering is so a form of art! (Sometimes, so is taking everything off! The entry way at the grocery store is a pretty interesting time when the real cold hits and everyone's trying to strip down.)

    1. It is! It took me forever to find a cute faux leather top and I was so lucky that the peplum on it actually was short enough in the torso for me. :) Thank you!

    1. It is a faux leather top! I've had one on my list forever and last time we were in Anchorage I found this cute one at JCP. (At a way better price than most of the ones online.)

  16. I have to return the leather jacket compliment! I'm loving the black colour, collar and cuffs of yours. I have a similar floppy hat in a black wool felt material but I hadn't really thought to wear it beyond summer (which is silly, considering the colour and material I chose). This outfit makes me want to reconsider that idea!
