Should have gone with the boots

Sweater: Gap (Consigment)
Skirt: Kardashian for Sears
Tights: Sears
Shoes: Shi`
Bracelets: Assorted

The sad thing about this outfit is after taking photos, we went to the playground.  The only other shoes I had in the car were my very, very worn-in Ariat paddock boots and they ended up being way cuter with this outfit than these wedges. Oh well, live and learn.  At least the wedges make me tall.  Or close to normal height.

  6. Such a pretty skirt! I hate when I leave the house in an outfit and then realize it would look SO much better with different shoes :)

  11. This is a super girly outfit, so I imagine to boots gave it a little edge? That just means you'll have to remix with different shoes!

  14. The K-Dash skirt is still one of my favs. I really like what you did with your sweater, I'm going to have to try it out sometime. The wedges are pretty awesome though I'd like to see those boots that you're talking about!

  17. Hi Katie, thank you for your lovely comments. I can't believe you still use your radio flyer after all these years! That's incredible to know. I am so in love with your backpack, don't see it on the Coach website though. Sad face. Keep in touch.

  19. Live and learn indeed. I don't know what your paddock boots look like but I could see this cute outfit working well with low, flat suede or leather boots. I have a similar skirt that's a little longer than yours. I like the idea of pairing it with dark tights, though I'm thinking I should roll the waistband of mine. That treeline behind you is stunning!
