Gloomy and rainy

Jacket: Jack By BBDakota
Dress: Ganni (Thrifted)
Tights: Joe Boxer
Shoes: SM NewYork (sears)
Clutch: ? (Thrifted)

It's rainy and gloomy today, so the lighting was garbage.

Love this dress, the waistline is lower than I normally wear, but I love the texture and the fit. (Plus, it's a pretty red color.)

Someone finally asked me what I was up to today.  One of the ladies who walks to the bus stop near our house asked what I was doing while I posed in front of the tripod.  I said I was working on an art project. (Sort of true.)  Explaining that I have a daily outfit blog sounded pretty silly in my mind and I can only imagine how that conversation would have gone.

  13. the red looks fabulous on you, it's def your colour. love the 'i'm working on an art project' answer, that's not really something people are going to question!! I'm shy about my blog, so far no one's asked me what I was doing when taking outfit pics!

  14. Love the contrast of the dress (such a pretty shape and colour!) with the leather jacket <3

I've managed to avoid questions about what I'm doing when shooting outdoor photos, though my husband (the photographer) is even more secretive than me, I think he gives people a "don't you dare ask me what I'm doing" look...!!!
